Combining tailored one to one workouts with personalised diet plans and active lifestyle diaries my programmes are a must for anyone committed to a sustainable lifestyle change.

Everyone is unique, therefore I approach each client differently. You will receive your very own bespoke programme and friendly mentorship. Incorporating personal training, nutrition, massage and relaxation techniques, I have created the perfect, fine-tuned approach to ensure your success.


Personal Training

My one-to-one personal training sessions are designed to give you that extra push to achieve your goals. No two sessions are the same and every week the exercise intensity will increase as your fitness levels do. Workouts are challenging, fun and designed specifically to your requirements.


I offer both relaxing Swedish body massage and deep tissue sports massage. A deep tissue massage will loosen and rid your muscles of unwanted knots and tightness. It will also speed recovery from injury and keep muscles in healthy working order.


During a 1 hour consultation, I will closely analyse your diet. In conjunction with your goals and exercise schedule, I will design an eating plan to ensure you are taking on the correct nutrients to maximise your chances of success and increase your health benefits.
